Last week on the 1st August, we ended the workshop with a discussion on what single actionable item could be done to take a step towards making progress with sales and marketing. The best kind of marketing is when you realise you are being marketed to, but it is helpful and relevant to what you want to purchase and you are glad someone has anticipated what you need. This is the true type of sales funnel (or concentric circles) that we want our customers to experience. Where the customer is glad you have offered them a solution to the problem or desire they are having, at exactly the right time they are looking for it. This course was made for the Hummingbird workshop on 15/8/18 when the group decided this was the next topic they would like to learn about. It teaches basic sales funnel principles merged with an understanding of the customer journey through concentric circles. Last week at The Hummingbird Workshop, I promised Melinda I would put a course together with some canva tutorials to help with learning to create social media graphics and business cards etc.  This course on images will be a work in progress, and I will add more videos as I get time. It's available for free and I will try dig up some old videos I had a few years ago on images and copyright etc and I will load those in here too. If anyone has any questions, please ask in the forum and I will do my best to answer them. Thank you
