The Prosperity Project Journey of 1,000 Steps is a free content marketing workshop for students of all ages who want to explore the connection between mind, body and business.

It works as a “rainbow” or a “bridge” allowing Students and Masters to come together to share knowledge in a non-invasive environment, whilst at the same time showing first hand how to build an asset of intellectual property as a way to nurture and strengthen relationships between business owners and their prospective customers.
Teachers or Masters give useful and relevant information via images, blog posts, audio and video as a form of content marketing for the Students they wish to serve, and if Students want to dive deeper and learn more, they can purchase paid products and services from the Master whose work they love and want to support.
If you would like to contribute as a Master Facilitator, please get in touch (ph: 0434 100 434) and if you are a student who would like to support an individual facilitator, please reach out to them direct.
Currently The Prosperity Project Journey of 1,000 Steps has the following facilitators and industries:
Business Facilitator- Nina Montgomery

Hi! I’m Nina– the Owner of The Garden-Mind Body Business, a Project Developer and Writer, and the initial contributor for business. My goal for my work at The Prosperity Project is to help students understand what content marketing is and how it impacts their daily lives as both creator and consumer.
Topics are varied and include core values, affiliate marketing, unique value proposition and customer life cycle with new content marketing tips and tricks released each month over 36 months.
Mind Facilitators- Amanda and Suzanne

Founders of Present Mindfulness Academy, Amanda and Suzanne are Mindfulness Facilitators and Conscious Parenting Mentors and have contributed a hug amount of knowledge to The Prosperity Project.
Students having free and simple access to Mind content helps bring awareness to beliefs, habits, and patterns of thought and behaviour that may be blocking you from success.
It also includes the key life skill of Mindfulness, which provides students with practices and tools to understand the self better and to build emotional regulation.
All content and lessons have a compounding effect enabling students to build a range of tools to draw on and use in their every day life to help cope with 2021’s busy lifestyle.

Various Guest Facilitators for Body
The body component of The Prosperity Project is made up of simple daily exercises to keep you moving forward.
In addition to this, we also invite various Independent Body Facilitators who have indepth knowledge on how the body works and what is needed to gain optimal health to partake in the journey as guest facilitators, providing insight and tools to help balance the body so it can heal.
Body Facilitators can include anything from Kinesiologists to Nutritionists, Yoga and Empowerment, and Reiki Masters just to name a few, with Vicki O’Connor from Seven Ladies Empowerment delivering empowerment for students for cards number 7 and 8 to help us understand how to set and enforce healthy boundaries to keep us safe.
Learn More About The Prosperity Project:
Our Core Values
The Prosperity Project CORE Values are a compass to guide students and facilitators through the weather of life as they navigate and achieve autonomy.

We believe growth comes from a journey which brings insight from mindfulness, resilience, empathy, adaptability and courage, and the first step to doing this is to know your values, and then use them to help make healthy decisions for yourself and the people you love.
All facilitators in The Prosperity Project make a commitment to students and facilitators to uphold our values, and we do this by practicing them in the following ways:
MINDFULNESS:
We practice mindfulness in all aspects of our business, by being present in the moment to the best of our abilities and without passing judgement.
We honestly assess our decisions and hold ourselves accountable, but we do not judge ourselves or others.
RESILIENCE:
We practice resilience by standing firmly in the belief, that it is a basic human right to live a life of freedom and autonomy.
No matter how many times we fail, get knocked down or feel powerless, we make a commitment to continually get back up and move forward in pursuit of finding ourselves, and the right to live the life of our choice.
EMPATHY:
We practice empathy by putting ourselves in the shoes of others.
We hold space for students, facilitators and members of the community, to allow them to feel understood and heard in an environment where they can be truly seen and valued.
ADAPTABILITY:
We practice adaptability by being in the flow of life and acknowledging that everything in life is constantly changing.
Being adaptable gives us a secure foundation to build upon, knowing that change is an essential component of life.
COURAGE:
We practice courage by speaking our truth, taking risks, owning our strengths and weaknesses.
We stand boldly in our unique differences and are not apologetic for being unashamedly ourselves.
How Did The Prosperity Project Journey Begin?
The name The Prosperity Project came from a Mind, Body, Marketing Workshop held at The Garden Frankston, and was started by previous owners Emily and Jo.
It was designed to help women with a business or hobby prosper from start-up stage with hands-on help and a community of like-minded women.
Unfortunately, it was unsuccessful and the program ran for a short period of time before being closed down.
When I purchased The Garden in 2019, I took the name “The Prosperity Project” and created the current version that is running today.
The name may be the same — but the course is completely different.
It is still designed to support, nurture and encourage women in business however it also empowers women through understanding how the mind, body and business are the keys to success in life. With the addition of my own portfolios and written work it is the ripe time for investment as it now ties into other project which I will share with you below.
Stage One of the Prosperity Project was actually called “One Mummy, One Million Dollars, One Year.”

This project was designed to help small business owners with low budgets understand how people were making money online and was released free of charge in 2016.
Stage 2 of The Prosperity Project was called The Hummingbird Project and focused on understanding there was an emotional connection between sales and marketing, media and consumption.
I ran a voluntary Hummingbird Workshop out of The Garden in Ross Smith Avenue teaching sales and marketing to women with small businesses before actually purchasing The Garden in early 2019.
It was during The Hummingbird Workshop of 2018 where myself and Amanda first met- Amanda as a marketing student, and myself (Nina) as a teacher. Later on in 2019 these roles would reverse, with Amanda becoming the teacher for mindfulness and me becoming the student.
Stage 3 of The Prosperity Project consisted of two entwined stories titled “2020 The Looking Glass” and included a series of videos, worksheets and blog posts.
This story allowed business owners to see first hand how strategy and creativity fused together in business to create disruptive advertising.
Selected portions of the course were released free of charge in 2019 through The Garden’s social media along with a pilot program put together where it officially took the name of The Prosperity Project and was taught as a program for mind, body and business.

Stage 4 is The creation of the current Prosperity Project and introduces mind, body and business facilitators to the project in addition to encouraging the use of buddying up and alternating between both roles of Master and Student.
This content forms part of the story of Yamala and is run at two levels – The Journey of the Apprentice and The Journey of the Master.
During 2019 two pilot programs were run as follows:
The free version – The Journey of the Apprentice was running on The Garden’s social media channels
and
The paid version – The Journey of the Master was running live out of The Garden Business Centre being mid-way through foundation #2 when we closed from Christmas break and then covid hit in 2020 effectively shutting down the paid version up until the current date.
After many years of hard work both the free and paid version was finally meant to be running in 2020 as an online 1000 step journey for mind, body, and business, but alas it wasn’t to be.
In November 2020 after The Garden had been closed since March due to covid- I gave notice and walked away from the commercial lease at 100A young Street making the project now only accessible via online only.
The Prosperity Project Journey of 1,000 Steps is a massive undertaking, and although both myself and Amanda are doing there best to bring it to life with our current skillsets, we would LOVE to be able to partner with an investor on this project who could help us gather a gorgeous range of diverse facilitators and bring this knowledge to the public so that it is open to everyone to access.
If this sounds like a project you would like to invest in, please reach out.
I would love to hear from you.
Nina xo
